Hariir Perfumes reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

- Payment verification failure
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification or order confirmation in the case of Cash on Delivery.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully completed, a full refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Hariir Perfumes delivers throughout Bangladesh.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Inside Dhaka: 3–5 Working Days
- Outside Dhaka: 5–10 Working Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier service delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, Hariir Perfumes follows a strict Return & Refund Policy.
Returns or refunds are accepted only when:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
