1. Are Hariir Perfumes authentic?
Yes. All Hariir fragrances are 100% authentic and carefully prepared to ensure quality, consistency, and elegance. Each order is inspected before dispatch.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

- Internet & Mobile Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (available in selected locations)
All online payments are securely processed through X.
3. Is online payment safe on your website?
Absolutely. All online transactions are handled by X, a secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
4. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time:
- Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working day
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons such as Ramadan or Eid.
5. Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes, we currently deliver across Bangladesh.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
You can also track your order using the “Track Your Order” option on the order status page.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us immediately.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of fragrance products:
- Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and unopened
Refunds (if approved) are processed through the original payment method via X.
9. Are opened perfumes returnable?
No. For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used perfumes and attars cannot be returned.
10. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or mobile financial service provider.
11. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available in selected locations across Bangladesh. Availability will be shown at checkout.
12. How should I store my perfume?
To preserve fragrance quality:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat
- Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use
